With the confirmation of the order, the following conditions are considered automatically confirmed:

The general conditions of contract are valid for all types of contracts that are concluded through the site .anahitaskincare.eu, between Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise and customers, who are consumers. The consumer is such natural person who concludes a contract for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out.

The customer accepts the terms and conditions and agrees to approve them, as soon as he/she places an order.

4. Subject
These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Turcato Anna Maria Impresa Individuale with registered office in Via Pigna 14 37121 Verona – Italy, through the website www.anahitaskincare.eu to consumer users.
The General Conditions of Sale are effective from the date of acceptance of the same by the customer on the site, which is valid for all purposes as acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the Civil Code.
Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise reserves the right to modify at any time these general conditions of sale by reporting them on the site.
5. Methods of purchase
The purchase of products is made through access to the site and the relevant registration. For each of the products, a description containing the main characteristics of the products is available on the site. All information supporting the purchase is intended as mere generic information material; it is understood that the image accompanying the description of the product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but differ in color, size, products, labels and packaging. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise by means of an automatic reply by e-mail, sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will contain an “order number” to be used in case of any communication with Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise .
The message will contain all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections in a timely manner. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Turcato Anna Maria Individual enterprise guarantees timely communication to the customer.
6. Payment methods
All prices on the site are intended as public prices and, therefore, inclusive of Value Added Tax (V.A.T.). Prices may vary without prior notice and the only correct price is to be understood as the one indicated at the time of order confirmation. On certain products, subject to price promotions, Turcato Anna Maria Impresa Individuale reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to prior notice and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order shall be deemed cancelled.
Payment options
You can choose to pay for your order with credit cards or prepaid cards of the major international circuits (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Postepay, Discover, Master Card Aurea), or with PayPal.
The amount will be charged at the time of purchase. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices shown on the site.
The commercial invoice must be expressly requested by entering the necessary data in the shopping cart or by contacting Customer Service before placing the order online, or alternatively, before the confirmation of the shipment of the same. It will not be possible for us to issue it later.

7. Delivery method.
In order to ensure accurate, timely delivery to customers Turcato Anna Maria Impresa Individuale ships by express courier Manspeed Spedizioni (www.manspeed.eu)
For each order placed, Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise will issue a web receipt of sale or suitable Transportation Document of the material shipped, which will be followed by the issuance of the invoice within the terms of the law. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order will be authentic. The customer may request a copy of the invoice or tax receipt within three months of its issuance.
Shipping costs are FREE in Italy for amounts of €70 or more, are at a cost of €9.00
Shipping costs will be added, specifying them clearly before the order is confirmed and at the time of final confirmation and validation. For deliveries within the (European Community the cost is €9.00 for shipments under €120.00 and free for orders over €120.00.
For shipments to the rest of the world the cost is €30.00 for orders under €250.00).
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check: a) that the packaging is intact, neither damaged, nor wet, or otherwise altered; b) that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or packaging or the mismatch of indications, must be immediately contested to the courier by affixing “written control reserve”, on the courier’s proof of delivery.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. In the event of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when ordering, due to the absence of the addressee, the order will be considered as final, without prejudice to the possibility of further delivery at the expense of the recipient.
Duties and customs charges
Duties, and customs charges shall be borne by the customer who has requested delivery to a country outside the European Community.
8. Warranty
On products with a warranty obligation, Anna Maria Individual Enterprise does not provide any additional guarantees beyond those provided by individual manufacturers.
9. Declarations and Responsibilities.
Turcato Anna Maria Impresa Individuale declares and guarantees to consumer users that the products guarantee the quality standards recognized by applicable national and local laws and any other parameter required by retail marketing.
Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise shall not have any liability, direct, indirect or of any other nature, to consumer users or to third parties in the event that the products are used in a manner that does not comply with the merchandise category of the goods or for any damage resulting from manufacturing defects not reported in the terms of Article 8.
10. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and subject to the exclusions set forth in Article 59 of the same code (see in particular the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery or the purchase of clearly customized goods) the Buyer has the right, within 14 working days after delivery of the purchased products, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal in the manner guaranteed by law, consisting of the right to return the products received and obtain a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without any reason. This right applies to all products contained on the website www.anahitaskincare.eu.
Products must be returned with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them.
To exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 6 the Buyer and/or recipient must contact customer service at the e-mail address hello@anahitaskincare.eu alternatively and limited to the withdrawal under Article 6 the Customer may communicate the withdrawal to Turcato Anna Maria Impresa Individuale through an explicit statement ( letter sent by registered mail).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the Buyer must send the explicit notice before the expiration of the applicable withdrawal period.
The return must be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Buyer communicated its decision to withdraw from the contract.
Once the notice is sent, The customer shall promptly make the shipment to the address communicated by Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise. Transportation costs and responsibility for the goods during shipment, as required by law, are the responsibility of the customer.
It is therefore advisable to insure the products with the chosen courier, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by placing them in an outer box, avoiding damage to the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned undamaged in its original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories.
In case of transport damage occurred during the return, Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise will communicate the same to the customer within five working days of receipt of the goods, allowing him to file a complaint to the carrier used for transport.
The damaged goods will be made available for return and the request for withdrawal will be simultaneously cancelled. Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage, Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise will refund within 14 days and in any case not before the receipt of the goods purchased, the full amount of the good by transfer procedure on the credit card or paypal or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
The right of withdrawal lapses totally in the event that the products are returned damaged (for reasons other than transportation) or incomplete, or missing parts, damaged packaging.
No compensation will be given for products that have been used or whose packaging has been opened.
This article has the value of information on the right of withdrawal in accordance with Art. 47 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
11. Applicable Law
This contract of sale between the customer and Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For anything not otherwise established, the relevant Italian Law shall apply. For the resolution of disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Court of Verona – Italy, to which Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise pertains.
Pursuant to article 1341 and article 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Parties, based on the terms and conditions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and in particular, the introduction and articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of this Contract, specifically declare their consent, without any possible exception.
Intellectual Property Rights
All contents of the site are protected and safeguarded by current copyright and intellectual and/or industrial property laws. By way of example, but not limited to, the content of the site must be understood as: Any graphic and/or text representation in general (Photographs, Videos, Texts).
Any reproduction, transmission, alteration, publication and/or redistribution of the content of the site is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization of Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise except for the activities of printing, downloading and viewing of the content of the site carried out for exclusively personal and non-commercial purposes and provided that the content is not modified in any way and that the information relating to industrial and intellectual property rights affixed thereto is maintained.
At the same time, the content of the site may not, in whole or in part, be disseminated through channels of communication, such as the Internet, television or radio systems or of any other nature in the absence of prior written authorization from Turcato Anna Maria Individual Enterprise.
